Information about who Uptime 100 is.
Formed over 12 years ago in 1995 by Andy Steven, Uptime 100 has been supporting networks for over 12 years.
After moving to Adelaide from Tasmania I worked for 2 years as a Mac technician before being offered the position of Network Administrator at Leo Burnett, who then had a staff of 70. After 12 months at Leo Burnett I had all but done myself out of a job (by getting their systems running smoothly) and took them on as Uptime's first client.
The transition from technician/engineer made me realise there was a gap in the service provided by IT support companies. Companies were looking for personal and professional support from a company that took responsibility for their network.
So Uptime 100 was formed to fill the gap between a full time Administrator and IT resellers.
12 years on we are still going strong...
